ADMISSIONS & POLICIES

• Clinton Music Conservatory has open enrollment throughout the year. However, early registration in the fall and spring semesters is highly recommended for maximum instructional benefits. 

• Tuition can be paid on a month-by-month, semester, or yearly basis via cash, credit card, or check. 

• A $35.00 nonrefundable annual registration fee is due at the time of registration. 

• A $25.00 Late Fee will be charged if balance is not received 1 week prior to the end of scheduled group lessons and/or by the end of semester. 

• All sessions MUST be completed by the end of the semester. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Make-Ups

• Clinton Music Conservatory has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Students are required to give a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule make-up lessons.

• Teachers are not obligated to make up lessons that have been canceled or postponed by the student. 

• Lessons may be rescheduled at the teacher's discretion. 

• Last minute cancellations are NOT eligible for make-up lessons.
